What is a Freedom Outpost?

I believe it was 2007, Prophet Chuck Pierce shared:

I cannot lose momentum in going and stirring up a whole new troop of vibrant worshippers who will take their LAND.  Pray for us as we begin to put this together as we would a puzzle.  I will be visiting each STATE as we gather and connect a new Triumphant Army  (Triumphant Reserve) that will be seven times brighter in the next season. My call is to mobilize and gather. Each person can then find their place in God’s reserve as we move forward to reform this nation.

He began to show me this entire nation, state by state by state. 
He began to show me how each state had a covenant root or didn't have a covenant root.  He showed me the demonic structure in each state.  He then showed me each state and what they looked like through the eyes of the spiritual realm.  The state that was the brightest and was filled with glory, that the Lord said would change first, would be Arizona.  Now Dutch did hear me speak some of that at one meeting.  The state that also had a glory shift, that was around it and was coming into it that would affect the nation, was Alaska.  This was before Sarah Palin was even chosen.  See it was amazing how God began to show me the reality of this nation – what groups were in alignment with him, who was not in alignment, who would be an adversary to him in the future, who would be an advocate to him in the future.

Then he showed me this glory movement.  It looked like a fire that began to move.  Every state had a glory movement within it.  Some states though were so dark that even if they had had a covenant root, that root had been destroyed and were actually captured with dark tentacles. Every state had contending thrones in it; thrones of evil that had been erected.  Every state had thrones that would have to be overturned.  In most states there were these circles and it looked like they were encased and they were blazing with fire.  Some states did not have these.  I said Lord what in the world is that. He said those are freedom outposts that I will be creating for the future.  

Then I would see this glory movement attached to the freedom outposts.  In other words, this movement of fire that was going on.  There was a movement going on in every state and each movement had to connect to these freedom outposts and actually the easiest way to understand that was this would be the church structure for the future.  When that movement would enter in to these freedom outposts it was immediate transformation.  People would go into these freedom outposts and they would transform.  Their bodies would transform.  Their cells would realign.  These places were so filled with freedom and spiritual force – this is what God has created – that they no longer looked like anything we knew church-wise.  They were so filled the vibrancy of the power and glory of God that people, when they would go in, they would come out and be seven times brighter, as they would come through those freedom outposts. It was amazing to watch.  

1. SWAT Team (available at moment’s notice to go wherever called). Called into specific areas such as, media, government, family, education, entertainment, business, religion, etc.

2. Surround Team (larger group who can deploy when needed and  mentor others)

3. Watch Team (on the  watches) Who commit to the watch for 1year

4. Special Forces (intercessory prayer shield) To pray for NEAPN Leadership & pray for special assignments given
